Member Update ... New Helpdesk!

Our new HelpDesk feature has been activated!

To automatically create a ticket, please send an email to from the email address associated with your Profit Clicking account. Be sure to include your Member ID# and a detailed explanation of your concern/issue. When your email is sent, a new ticket will be created on your behalf.

Please note: For your security, if an email is sent to us from another email account, or one that doesn't have the all the required information, it will be disregarded and no further actions will be taken.

Submitting a ticket through will greatly reduce the response time! This is because the new ticket will already be attached to your Member ID#, as well as the correct department, bypassing our Distribution Department.
